Eyes blazing
Teeth bared
Words coming out in screams
We look ugly
We are angry.
cannot avoid it.
cannot suppress it.
don’t want to stop it.
We are angry.
helpless
pitiful
unfortunately
We are angry.
The mind loses clarityThe heart turns black
Insanity takes over
We are angry.
comes out like a volcanosearing all the ones we love
neither child nor adult is spared
all burn in it’s path
everybody is consumedhe/she who starts is consumed
nothing is left
and finally
it consumes itself.
what remains is scarredsometimes burnt beyond recognition
what is said cannot be un-said
The damage is already done.
Then we wait for loveOur only hope.
control it or be controlled

Perfect reflection on anger and how it consumes everything around…and the only thing that makes it worse is when some unsuspecting sole utters those damn words…’oh I understand!’
This is amazing!, love the transition and flow.. stunning!
cool piece.
tense emotions vividly demonstrated…

I love sharing and thank you for taking the time to enjoy this poem.
The first step towards love is owning your own dark emotions like anger! This is a transformative piece full of depth and authenticity!
I dig it!
I was just describing my current dark mood at the time of writing this. Kind of a way to benefit from my negative emotions and to let out steam. Thanks for the appreciation.
